This gulf front, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a full size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin size bed on the top bunk. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Free wireless internet Keyless Lock- Self check-in Elevator Swimming pool (Heated seasonally) Outdoor hot tub Indoor hot tub Fitness center Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Discounted monthly rates available November- February. Great place for families! We are a family of 4 and there is so much room in this place. I think you could fit 8 people comfortably if you wanted. Right off the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was rainy for the 2 of the days we stayed there and it was a double red flag condition (no one was allowed to swim at the beach). But having the pool and in walking distance to most places is great. I would stay here again. If anything can be done better, I would say the check in process. We arrived 10 mins before 4 PM and could not get into the room and had to stand outside in the cold rain till the door code after 4 PM. I would say if the unit is cleaned and ready, allow for the door code to work immediately.

Will most definitely be staying again! The condo was super clean!! They gave us plenty of towels, blankets, soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent! The location was amazing!! Can’t wait to book my next trip!

Unit was as pictured and nice. Good location to walk to a few restaurants and convenience store. Wished we would have brought our low seated beach chairs to sit in the ocean in. Only found two small negatives, one the sink in the master bath would drip a small drip and you could hear it at night unless you closed the bathroom door, and every time you turned over or moved in the bed it would squeak (noisy). Nothing major, just minor things. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was fully stocked. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. We loved having beach service. We didn’t use it much because it was incredibly hot while we were there. The unit AC was very cool though. Pool area was clean and I’m so happy there’s No Smoking at the pool. The couches aren’t very comfortable but if you throw a pillow down and sit on them it’s fine. It’s probably because I have a bad knee. They’re really pretty though. Loved the decor throughout the condo. Communication was excellent with Kim. She was very helpful with my 100 questions! Would definitely stay again!!

The Good: Wonderful property, beautiful balcony view, plenty of room, full kitchen with everything to eat in, plenty of beach towels, two chairs and umbrella included, and conveniently located. The Bad: Day 1 the property was down to only one working elevator, which wasn’t horrible, but it did become a nuisance. Day 4 the only working elevator went down, so that really was a pain, but by the end of the day BOTH elevators were working properly. This was only a minor inconvenience for us, but a couple of folks had to carry their luggage up 6 & 7 flights of stairs. Overall: We are 100% going to book this property again, in fact we’re already planning for our next trip.
