This was our first B&B rental. The property was exactly as described, clean, nice quiet neighborhood, close to golf and other amenities. Interaction with owners, when needed, was easy and quick and they made it easy for us and other faimly to relax and enjoy. Would definitely do it again at this property. Thank you Deb for a wonderful visit.

This home was everything we had hoped for during our stay in the Avondale area. Beautiful property and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of unexpected extras! Having more than one bedroom with an en suite bathroom was excellent for our family's teenager. The owners were extremely accommodating when our trip was cut short due to flight cancelations and offered us extra days on the back end. We would definitely stay again!

Great home with fun amenities. My family stayed at this home mid June. We enjoyed the home, pool, and putting green. The property management team and owner were good communicators and responsive. This is a wonderful home. We intend to stay here again when we visit AZ.

The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful! The pool, the putting green & BBQ were all amazing to have. In the evenings, the lighting in the backyard is very calming & relaxing. The management company we worked with were very friendly & hospitable. If we ever get back down there we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this house!!

Beautiful clean home in nice quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t figure out thermostat, home manager addressed issue within 15 minutes. Close to restaurants,stores and hiking trails.
