Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. Bella Vista Condominiums does require a minimum stay of at least 30 nights, booked at least 16 days in advance of a guests' arrival. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking/Administrative Fee" is never refundable.
