Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best Christmas ever! Property Management terrible with responding! Nice when you talked with them but Never a follow up call!!! 2 days to access front door 2 days to get a toaster. Needs minor up keeping. Hot tub water needed cleaned.

The secluded neighborhood with several houses was perfect for our group of teachers and families in town for a conference. The direct TV was a little tricky to figure out. There weren't a lot of channels. I maybe should have brought a firestick or chromecast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought a group of U-18 rugby players and parents for a rugby tournament in SLC. The 2 rentals worked out perfect and we will be back next year to potentially rent the whole block

Houses were great for a basketball team and being close together and having enough beds for everyone. One of the homes was not as clean as I would have expected, crackers and cookies under and around the couches. Bathroom floors looked dirty. We also were given a code to a wrong house when we arrived, so we had to get access to the after hours on call to get a hold of someone to get access to one of the homes we rented in this reservation.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked our stay at the place. Very spacious. The only issue was the A/C. We called every morning to have it checked. It would run but never cool down the house. They always said they'd check it out, but they never did. It wasn't overly hot downstairs, but upstairs was very stuffy. Disappointed in their customer service. The house overall was nice, though.
