Located in Breckenridge, this attractive house for $2,660 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Breathtaking views, trail out your front door to town, mountain facing new hot tub, ample outdoor and indoor entertainment, and recently updated appointments and designer décor wrapped in 5500 square feet of luxury! Make this stunning estate your home away from home; it is a vacation in and of itself. Perched on an elevated lookout just on the east side of town, the home sits in the PERFECT spot for both convenient access to town for a walk to dinner, while maintaining some of the best views in Breck. The Washington Trail borders the north side of the property and takes you down into town in 5-7 minutes for dinner, a night cap, some shopping, or to grab a shuttle. The home itself was just updated and wows in every way. The estate overflows with nearly excessive places to be or get away. The main floor boast towering cathedral ceilings, elegant finishes, chef's kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 office areas and sun room, and enormous main level suite. This dazzling entertaining floor is open enough for the whole group to be together, yet sprawling enough to host a half dozen different activities. Have the game on in the living room while a TRUE wood fire burns in the high efficiency wood fireplace. Host wine and cheese at the winding island while the family chef gets lost in a meal in the kitchen. Let a game of Catan run wild at one of two dining areas while someone catches up on a few quick emails at one of two office areas. Our group of friends really enjoyed the weekend escape to Breck and this house was a perfect place to gather and enjoy some R&R. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Pictures on the website are accurate. The kitchen as everything we needed to prepare meals at home and the walk to town was short when we wanted to go out and grab dessert. Only quirky thing is that we are only provided with a code to open and close one small garage for entry. There is no key or garage remote provided so we felt like we were constantly getting out of the car, opening the garage, getting back into the car .. etc. It just made coming and going more complicated than it needed to be. A garage opener and a coded front door lock would be much more efficient. This is also a shoeless property... that should be noted in the description. Property management was amazing, responded quickly and were super friendly and helpful! We would rent again!

This home had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. Breathtaking panoramic views, spacious accommodations and convenient location to Downtown Breckenridge. The property management team especially Adam was wonderful to work with. Would stay again year after year!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was spacious and comfortably fit our entire group, with lots of places to hang out and spend time together. We enjoyed skiing and walking around town. Loved the open kitchen layout for cooking for large group, and kitchen had everything we could need. Hot tub was great, with awesome views of the mountain and plenty of spa towels and robes which was an added bonus! Check in was very easy and it was very helpful to get a tour of the place, and there was great communication from the hosts. Would highly reccomend this house and summit for your next trip!
