Located on Sunshine Beach and a dead-end beach street, you’re just a few short blocks from John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, with over 100 shops, restaurants, and bars. Hop on the free trolley to explore locally. All of the Tampa/St. Pete attractions are an easy drive away. Outdoor space includes two lovely decks with peek-a-boo ocean views. The upstairs deck, private to the expansive main bedroom suite, is the perfect perch for a morning cup of coffee or a spectacular sunset. The open, updated main living area features stylish, modern decor and combines the living room, dining nook, and kitchen so everyone can easily gather, lounge, and socialize. At the same time, the chef can make magic in the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Between the dining table and barstools at the kitchen island, there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. When it’s time to head out, grab the provided beach gear and make your way to the sand. It’s easy to slip home for an afternoon snack or nap. At the end of a fun day, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in a rocking chair on your downstairs porch, enjoying the salty ocean breeze. More in-home entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, and free cable. Call it a night in one of the three bedrooms, dreaming of your next perfect beach day tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ accounts. The boat is not available for guest use. There are three levels of stairs in this home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is an active surveillance camera outside over the garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This house has EVERYTHING!!!! Three huge bedrooms and bathrooms easily fit our two family’s of four (8 people total). We had a one year old with us and the fact that the house had baby gates, a pack n play, and a changing table was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked and there were a bunch of books, games and puzzles to choose from while it rained and at night. This house was hands down the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in!!! It was so close to the beach and to restaurants that it made it an easy trip with 4 kids under 9 years old. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing house and beach.

Our family of 4 loved this home! A very short walk to the beach with some peek through views of the gulf, amazing breezes and the sound of the surf. 2 wonderful balconies to eat, read or just relax with your morning coffee. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable and the master suite was amazing. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to shopping and restaurants as well. Excellent communication with the renters, absolutely no problems. Cant wait to be back!

The property was impeccably maintained, nicely furnished, and the bedrooms are huge! Lots of parking, and right next to a walkway to the beach. It was perfect for our needs for this trip, and we are grateful we discovered the listing!

We cannot say enough great things about Sunshine Lane from the location to the cleanliness to the extra mile the owners go to make one’s stay special. The beach house is beautiful and the location is perfect because of the close restaurants, shops and of course…beach! We spent our Thanksgiving here and look forward to more stays in the future.

This is our 3rd time staying at Sunshine Lane and it always blows us away. There's really nothing that can beat the convenience of the beach path being right at our doorstep. When we set up at the beach, returning home for our forgotten speaker only took two minutes. The house was sparkling clean yet again, and no detail was spared in the new decor. We took our bikes to the nearby John's pass (spelling?) and it was such an amazing quick adventure. Really couldn't recommend this place more, and dealing with the check in was a breeze!

Impeccable home with every amenity we needed to have a carefree., long awaited vacation! The location can't be beat with that boardwalk to the beach within steps of our own steps...wow, we often see photos of nice beaches but never realized how close and how pristine the beach is here. The owners left us more towels, pots, pans, directions to great restaurants and explicit instructions on how the AC works...We WILL be coming back again and sharing our great experience with our friends!!

This place has everything. We had 9 people stay here comfortably. We are 300 feet from the Gulf of Mexico. A great beach right in front of us. There are two balconies to watch the Gulf and socialize. Play things for kids of any age were available plus beach chairs. It was perfect and we all enjoyed it so much. We will definitely stay here again. You are on the beach in 2 minutes and even have parking in the garage.

We had a wonderful time at the Sunshine House. This house is situated as the second house back from the beach, immediately adjacent to a beach access walkway - pretty much perfection. All three bedrooms are large and well appointed, with the third floor master suite offering a huge bathroom, and spectacular view from the private deck. The house is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen ware for cooking and prepping your own meals. We did not have children with us, but if you have little ones, the owners have provided just about all the amenities you need for your kids. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and shops along the Treasure Island Causeway, and Johns Pass Village, and most importantly, the Shake Shop. When the weather brought rain, we opened up both garage doors and set up the bean bag toss boards, allowing us to continue to play and catch plenty of breeze. As the pictures indicate the house is spotlessly clean, which is one less worry. We are hoping to be back before the years end.
