SHARED SPACE ETIQUETTE While this space is part of an upper-unit duplex, please be mindful of the guests in the lower unit. Respect each other's privacy and maintain a noise-conscious environment to ensure a harmonious stay for all. From the contemporary design to the picturesque views, this space promises an unforgettable Colorado getaway. Welcome to your tranquil retreat! Guest Access: You will have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard! Please note, this is a duplex and the hot tub area is in the middle of the yard, fenced-in, and shared with the lower 1-bedroom unit. The Neighborhood: We are located in Old Colorado City, the historic downtown of Colorado Springs. You will find lots of local shops, bars and restaurants, all on one street! We are a short drive, or a 15 minute walk, to the center of it all. Getting Around: To get to the heart of Old Colorado City, simply walk a quarter-mile east of the house and find a walking trail that will take you straight into town. There are also plenty of Lyfts and Ubers around Colorado Springs. Other Things to Note: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. *Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. *Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late *Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are being rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and be noise conscious. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests. This is the only shared space. We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. We liked the property and location. It was very close to everything, especially close to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, which we loved. Kaitlyn worked very hard to fix the Internet service issues we encountered most of the time we were there for our five days.

I have been all over Colorado but never been to Colorado Springs. It is now one of my favorite places. And our Vrbo house was equally as amazing. 2725 King Street is the place to stay. It is around all the wonderful things to do in Colorado Springs. The condo was perfection, from the the hot tub to the fire pit and the outstanding design of the house. We will definitely be back. And the communication with the property owners and managers was flawless, so helpful and informative. Anyone who is looking to go to Colorado Springs needs to check out 2725 Kind Street Condo! Great job Luke and Lexi you helped make so many wonderful memories. 5 stars all the way!!!

Nice property at a central location. Great deck and views of the city and mountains. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Host was nice enough to leave coffee, snacks and beverages. I’d return to this property of another visit.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Here’s what stood out: 1. Excellent Cleanliness: The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every corner of the house was spotless, and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. 2. Modern Decor: The interior of the house was beautifully designed with a modern touch. The decor was not only stylish but also functional. It created a welcoming atmosphere that I appreciated. 3. Convenient Location: The location couldn’t have been better. I was able to explore the vibrant culture of Old Colorado City, with its charming restaurants and shops, just a short walk or a quick 3-minute drive away. And having easy access to Garden of the Gods Park, Manitou Springs, and Downtown COS made my stay even more enjoyable. 4. Hot Tub and Mountain Views: The highlight of this property was the brand new Clearwater Hot Tub. Soaking in it while admiring the breathtaking mountain views was a true delight. It’s worth noting that the shared hot tub area was well-maintained and private enough to relax without any concerns. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and conveniently located property in Colorado Springs, this is the place to be. This area was perfect, so much to do close! We loved the view from the backyard/porch! The house was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was excellent also. Kaitlyn was super responsive, kind and made sure we enjoyed our stay! I would rent this property again and would recommend it.

This house is in the perfect location for visiting sights in CO Springs area. Not more than 10-15 minutes to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, rock climbing destinations, downtown CO Springs and downtown Manitoba Springs. The house was very clean and came well stocked. The hot tub out back was very nice and well maintained...and the view from there was amazing! We had a minor maintenance issue, but it was addressed within an hour. The host checked in with us prior to our check-in date and a couple of times during our stay which I appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spent a long Easter weekend visiting our son at college, this property has it all. Great view of the mountains and Pike's Peak from the deck, great place to enjoy your morning coffee and greet the neighborhood deer. The house itself had everything you could need and was comfortable and cozy. The backyard was well maintained, along with a hot tub to soak in those same views. It is located in a great centralized location to most anything you'd want to do as well. Best of all Kaitlyn was very attentive in checking in with us prior to, during and after our stay. She was so accommodating as well due to some last minute alterations to some details or our travel. Thanks again for a home away from home, will definitely look to you again for future stays.

If you are looking to visit all that Colorado Springs has to offer, stay here. It is 10min to all of the main area attractions. The outdoor view is pretty too and we loved using the hot tub. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We used the place to accommodate us during a conference, so we didn't spend much time in the actual apartment. That said, the hosts were great (very communicative) and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.
