Nestled in East Ballina, this attractive house for $216 per night is a great option for your next break. Shaws View sits high above Shaws Bay and encompasses views of the bay, and the Richmond River, showcasing the rivers mouth that meets the breath-taking ocean. This large three level, four bedroom property with two bathrooms, is a fantastic option for families or groups who want a relaxed holiday and space to move. There are outdoor balcony areas on every level, which are perfect for absorbing the views. There is also separate access to the private balconies from the living area and master bedroom on one level. There is also another balcony on level two, which is accessed from the large family living area, that offers incredible views and an abundance of light and space. You enter the property on the road level, which has parking space for two cars and a vibrant red door. Then head down the stairs to reach level two, which has two large bedrooms with queen beds. The master also has a private balcony, television and a bathroom, with a half bath. On the same level is a clean and modern well-appointed kitchen and dining area, which opens onto a deck with a BBQ and outdoor setting. On the same level is a separate living room- a place to rest, read or just stare out at the view, perched high above the rest of the world. The kitchen door leads to a back paved brick outdoor area and laundry. The side stairs then take you down to a levelled grass backyard, which is perfect for either relaxing or playing cricket. Level three has an enormous family/living area, where the large television is located. There are also two bedrooms on this level, with one bathroom. Both bedrooms have bunks, (two singles and one single on top, with a double bed underneath). Located in the old kiosk area (Shaws Bay), East Ballina is an amazing environment for the perfect family holiday, offering a plethora of activities within a 10 minute walk from the house. Close to the Ballina CBD and local shopping centres, Shaws View is also just a five minute walk to the waterfront Shaw's Bay hotel and Foreshore cafe, the perfect place for a caffeine hit. With ample space to spread out and make yourself at home, Shaws View is am ideal retreat from the fast pace of everyday life. This property is a 10 minute drive from the Ballina /Byron Airport, 60 minutes to the Gold coast international airport, or a 30 minute drive to the famous Byron Bay.
