While this enclave offers a more serene and peaceful ambiance compared to the lively downtown, it retains its urban character. As with any city setting, some areas are still evolving. Our family, with a young baby and toddler, finds this neighborhood welcoming and comfortable at any time of day, providing an authentic and secure Phoenix living experience. Getting Around: You'll be close to the I-10, I-17 and AZ51 freeways, providing easy access to anywhere in the greater Phoenix area. Public transportation is also convenient with the light rail only a mile away! Other Things to Note: Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level down between 10pm and 6am. For the safety of other guests and staff, all pets must be kept on leash whenever in shared spaces. Promptly clean up after your pets. Please note, our home is part of a historic building and, while full of charm and character, it may include some quirks like slightly uneven floors or older-style windows. House Rules Policy Our vision as host is to provide the minimum possible set of rules. It’s your life and your vacation. We want you to have the best possible experience and the most freedom possible. However, due to our property contracts, there are some rules we are legally required to enforce.
