Situated in Vilano Beach, this attractive house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located just 100 yards from the ocean and offering amazing views of the lighthouse and downtown St. Augustine, this two-story Vilano Beach retreat is a terrific option for that next big family beach vacation. Enjoy the use of a huge private pool and deck when unwinding in style. Inside this sunny and inviting home, you'll find two well-equipped kitchens perfect for brewing up your morning coffee or preparing elaborate, full-course dinners. Dine together indoors or head out to your furnished, wraparound deck or lower-level patio and indulge in an alfresco experience in the Florida sunshine. After days of exploring the area and playing on the beaches, come home and relax in the living areas complete with sectionals and TVs, or head out to your oasis backyard. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We arrived to the property and it had a really strong odor as soon as you walked in it smelled horrible. We rented the property for 4 night's and all the time we were there the lower level area the ac was not working. We contacted the property manager and she took forever to respond and when she did she sent a person that didn't know what he was doing. The 2nd day the water went out and we had no water the whole entire day. It was horrible. Vacasa has poor customer service. I will never rent a property they are responsible for ever again long story short we left a day earlier.
