Located in Vilano Beach, this attractive house for $466 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Nestled between beautiful Vilano Beach and marsh fields stretching out to the intercoastal sits this beautifully decorated beach house. It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 3 mile drive from downtown St Augustine. The house is comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities for a great vacation. Publix supermarket, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Enjoy spectacular sunrises at the beach and the views from the porch or the balcony overlooking the marsh fields. The house is divided into two spaces. The main house has three bedrooms (one king bed, two queen beds) and two full baths. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with a queen sized sofa bed, and separate dining area. There is also a separate apartment that has the fourth bedroom with its own private bathroom. The apartment has its own kitchen and dinging/living room area. There is another queen sofa bed in this space. There is plenty of space out in the porch and in the balcony as well as a sitting and eating area in the outside deck. There is a grill for your family BBQ. There are also a ping pong and a foosball table and other games downstairs. Beach chairs, a cooler, a beach cart and a couple of beach umbrellas as well as some games are in the closet underneath the house by the staircase. It has a beach stuff sign right above it. The beach closet code combination lock is 919. Ping Pong balls and paddles are on a plastic bin by the game tables. Please return everything to the right place and lock up the closet each time. We allow ONE DOG ONLY UP TO 20LBS. We require a pet fee of $100. For your safety there are security cameras which we MONITOR, covering and RECORDING the entire perimeter of the house, main entrances, outside deck, and grill and games areas in the garage. RULES: No parties or events of any kind No smoking or vaping of ANY KIND inside or around the house, apartment, porch or balcony. If you or your guest smoke there will be an extra cleaning fee of $150USD and a truthful review will be posted to your profile No sitting on the handrails of the porch or balcony No hanging bathing suits or towels from handrails Do not move/drag furniture inside units Do not bring inside furniture outside Do not move/drag furniture between main house and the apartment Guest booking needs to be 21 and over and be present throughout the reservation Only paying guests are allowed in the house, no visitors, no overnight guests No parties or meetings, events of any kind in the house. This is a violation of the house rules, VRBO will be contacted, your reservation cancelled and you will be escorted out of the house No commercial photography

The property is beautiful. Close to the beach and to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

This home was very clean and the furniture was comfortable - including the bedding. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to get to downtown St. Augustine quickly, but also not being in all of the traffic. The beach is an easy walk. The owner/manager was very responsive and easy to reach. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook what we needed. I would recommend this home.

We really liked the house. Everything is very clean. There is everything you need. Lots of games for children. The ocean is very close. The house looks better than in the photo. The manager is wonderful. She answered all questions very quickly, even at night. Many thanks to her, she is amazing.

Love this property and it’s owner! Great communication with quick response. The house has everything you could want or need and in walking distance to the beach. House is very nice, super clean, and has so many extras! We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Very good restaurants located close too! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home, great location and close to the beach. Well stocked . Very clean and well maintained. The teens enjoyed the games. Great place to enjoy St Augustine.

My large family and I stayed in this rental property only for a weekend, but we’re happy with our stay. The house is decorated nicely and clean. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need. Beds and pillows were comfy. Downstairs was a lot of fun for the kids. The backyard has an awesome tree that the kids loved. They also loved playing ping pong. The house has a few board games available too. The beach was less than 2 blocks away and the house is well stocked with many beach chairs and some beach toys. There were plenty of beach towels and a wagon to pull the beach items. The house is a quick drive to downtown and very close to a Publix.
