This single-level home is a place for beachgoers and golfers, with several world-class courses within a few miles' drive. You can swim in the Atlantic Ocean at Varn Park, Beverly Beach, and Flagler Beach, all of which are less than 12 miles away, or take a day trip up to St. Augustine to explore the oldest city in the U.S. Step inside to be greeted by central air-conditioning, high ceilings, and tile floors throughout the living spaces. There are spots to sit down and relax at every turn, from the dining room table in the front room to the breakfast table and bar counter beside the well-equipped kitchen. An adjacent sunroom is lined with windows, offering a great place to watch TV or play ladder toss with a view of the yard. The backyard is simply lovely, whether you choose to watch your kids play tag, barbecue on the gas grill, or dine on the patio at golden hour. Back inside, there are additional TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room, which also features a gas fireplace for movie nights. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Security cameras covering the entryways of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house was very clean comfortable and spacious. Had everything u need for a nice vacation. We did need more small items like toliet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. We stayed 2 weeks. We enjoyed our visit to Palm Coast! We would stay there again because its a nice property and neighborhood.

We are planning to relocate to Florida and wanted to check out the area. The house was perfect for my family and confirmed that I definitely want to move down there. It was clean and beautifuly furnished. They had games for everyone to enjoy which my daughter loved. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Super clean home with lots of space to enjoy. Kitchen nicely equipped as we cook most of our meals from home. Our pups enjoyed walking the neighborhood and we enjoyed cycling, golfing and walking. The sunroom was a great little playground for our small dogs to get exercise off lead. We stayed 5 weeks and would enjoy returning. Our only recommendation is to have a medium firm mattress & a king bed would be even more awesome. Everyone has bed preferences but for us memory form type mattresses are a bit soft for our aging bodies. Overall a fabulous stay and highly recommend if you visit the area.

This home was fantastic and I felt like I was at home. I had everything I needed to cook a home meal and restaurants close by if I wanted to go out. The neighborhood was quite and nice to go for a walk. Several golf courses near by and 15 minutes from beach. I’ll be back again.

Well appointed home in nice residential neighborhood. Great location and proximity to shops , restaurants and the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable for my stay with my family. Would definitely book again.
