Nestled in Manasota Key, this lovely house for $441 per night is a great option for your next trip. This newly remodeled modern, two-bedroom, two bath upscale condo is in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from Manasota Key and intercostal waters and overlooks the pool, boat dock and fishing pier. Everything you need is within walking distance, a convenience store, beach apparel shop, great entertainment, shopping, restaurants, live music, tiki bars, pizza, fine dining, state parks, and more. You can also catch a ride on the golf cart train with Stumpy. It is free, but he does accept tips. This quiet little key has that Old Florida feel, with no buildings over three stories and limited density. Manasota Key has activities like jet ski, boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals, eco tours, and charter fishing. Access to private beach and docks. Grab your sunscreen, pull up a chair and enjoy beauty and tranquility while watching the sunset. Enjoy the view of the bay, which is in close proximity, while lounging in the pool or grilling poolside! Sunset Rendezvous Beach has been newly renovated and decorated in a modern beachy style with a little bit of Old Florida flare. The kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with all your kitchen needs. The master bedroom and bathroom have a brand-new king bed, closet, and dresser for you to unpack and let the world melt away. The second bedroom and bathroom have two brand new twin beds, closet, and dresser for additional guests. The spacious living room has 2 new sofas and flat screen TV. The living room sleeps 2 on the pull-out couch. The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the home because of its many widows and glass doors. Manasota Key is the perfect spot in Paradise for your vacation or get-away! The village of Old Englewood is a short 4 block stroll into town for dinner. If you prefer a more intimate setting why not throw a few steaks on the grill and bring your day to a tranquil and magical end by enjoying a beautiful sunset on the Gulf, just across the street from the condo. Want to bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and dock them in back with just a short walk to the condo. Our beaches offer sparkling Gulf waters and cool pretty white sand, shells, and a lively night life along with spectacular sunset views year-round! We enjoyed our stay - the condo was very clean and well furnished/stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. Perfect location, beach access across the street and walking distance to all of the restaurants. Michael was very responsive with everything we needed. Pool was warm and there is a dock to fish or just sit and watch for dolphins.

The unit itself was clean and neat, the pool area was covered with bird/animal feces, I have pictures , so the area and the pool were not usable, a person did come to clean the pool but too late to use or even sit and enjoy it, for the price of the stay I would say not worth it and would not recommend it. We also had a huge ant problem of witch I sprayed for, but the ants were in the kitchen and all along the main door. I had t throw away food. NO view at all, the parking lot dumpster was it. Not a good value and was disappointed .

Our time at Sunset Rendezvous was fabulous! We went with another family and each of us rented a separate unit. Both were perfectly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The boys loved fishing off the dock, where we were also able to pull a rented pontoon boat in to pick everyone up. We spent an entire morning at the pool, which is small but clean and relaxing. The proximity to the beach was great! We were able to walk across and enjoy the ocean and sunsets every afternoon/evening. Our favorite restaurants were all within walking distance as well. It was a lovely and relaxing weekend. We will be back!

Our stay here was perfect! The house is super clean and updated! I am very picky about cleanliness and I have to say this is one of the cleanest I have seen! The house was stocked with everything we would need.

Condo was everything advertised and more. Couches and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything needed. Pool was quite warm and access to the beach was fantastic. Would rent again from Michael in a minute.

The place was very nice and recently updated. It was nice that there was some accommodations (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, ziplock bags) to allow us to get started with our vacation, without having to run immediately to the store. They had beach chairs on site which we were able to take down to the beach, this was super helpful since we flew in and were not able to bring our own chairs. We got quick responses from the property owner wherever we had any questions! Had an amazing time!

We only stayed a couple of nights so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything this small complex has to offer but definitely do recommend it as a nice, very recently renovated place right by the beach.
