This was one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. It was clean, well kept, exceptionally well prepared, and centrally located. Just about everything you might need is within a mile radius, and that’s if the house itself doesn’t already have it (cooking utensils; cleaning supplies and equipment, pool toys, etc.) Heidi and Greg know what they’re doing and my stay couldn’t have been easier. I’d love to come back during the warmer months!

This home is absolutely amazing with such beautiful little touches throughout. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, the beds were beyond cozy, the and the kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials! When we weren’t lounging in the refreshing pool, we were enjoying the putting green or playing a game of pool! The location is central to many shops and restaurants and the neighborhood quiet and pristine! Loved every part of this rental!
Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Mai Tai’m!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had all the necessities. The only thing I’d change would be the television. It was a pain. It would have been nice to have cable with movie channels.
The last Vrbo we stayed at we didn’t have to worry about logging into apps and limited cable channels. It was nice and didn’t realize how convenient it was.
I would absolutely stay here again. The television comment is a personal preference and would NOT stop us from staying here again.

This home had plenty of space for 5 grown adults and the five visitors who joined us during the day. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated because we are from WA state and my granddaughter, who is from AZ, loved the pool temp. The waterfall was peaceful and the outside sitting area added plenty of additional living space to relax.
The home and neighborhood are tranquil and clean.
The owner and manager were very responsive. We were given clear instructions upon arrival and what was expected when we departed. The owner even allowed us to check in 2 hours early – BONUS!
The extra essentials made it nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, tools, and more. Very clean with plenty of towels for the inside and the pool.
Comfy beds and couches. This place even had two sinks in the guest bathroom that benefited the three of us sharing it.
We highly recommend this home.

When we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The property is so beautiful, in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. The pool area was fully stocked with pool toys, and lots of outdoor activities. The kitchen and amenities were great, so we mainly ordered groceries and cooked here.
Hosts were extremely gracious and responded immediately when contacted for questions.

One of the best and most enjoyable VRBO's we've stayed in! Pool and outdoor games kept our group occupied in the heat during the day... pool table and card games for indoor activity in the evenings. Kitchen had everything needed making it easy to prepare our own meals, including Easter dinner for a group of hungry college students. We had the most amazing time staying at Mai Tai’m. We really enjoyed the backyard. The pool and putting green were big hits. The check in process was easy. Heidi was always available if we had any questions. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. There were lots of pool toys and yard games, and my husband and I enjoyed all the high quality kitchen items. There was everything we needed and more to be able to cook many fun family meals! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mai Taim. The property is centrally located and easy to access. We had our 18 year old son and 17 year old nephew and the amenities were perfect. We loved the backyard and the pool was amazing! The whole family enjoyed shooting games of pool and relaxing. The property is fully equipped and perfectly decorated. The hosts are super responsive and a delight. This is a gem and we will be back.

Our adult boys still live in Phoenix so we travelled north to be with them on Christmas. We reserved this house on VRBO due to the location and size. The house was beautiful, clean, large, with plenty of space. I really chose the house due to the pool table, which was a big hit. Lots of family tournaments between pretty poor pool players. We also hit the putting green but we are worse golfers than pool players. Heidi contacted us the last day to make sure everything was OK, which I appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

Home fit the bill for us. Warm and comfortable. We came to Mesa to catch up and visit with our son, just quiet and laid back. This house was perfect. Between the pool, pool table and putting green we really didn’t venture out much. Grocery shopping/Brewery/Movie theatre right down street if we wanted though. We enjoyed our weekend stay tremendously. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced with VRBO properties. We were in town for a pool tournament so having a pool table was nice. Communication with the home owner was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay again when we are in the Phoenix area.

This home was fully stocked. The owners were so thoughtful and kind, very communicative and easy to reach. Plenty of space outside for seating. The pool was clean, the house was clean. Putting green and pool table are a nice touch. We floated down the Salt River on our stay and the home was located perfectly for easy travel to the River. We would absolutely stay at the home again and highly recommend that you choose this home for your upcoming trip.
