We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. The max occupancy of the home is 6 guests. No guests are allowed without written permission and may not stay overnight. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pet-friendly property (max 2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and with a $175 non refundable pet fee. .
