Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! Everything was as stated on the VRBO website. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the property with a hike.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a nice place. There where housekeeping issues that were a concern to us. ALso, while we were there the second night, the well ran out of water and let's just say there were some hygiene and lavatory issues that were a major problem for us.

The house is great. Instructions getting to the house is confusing. Vrbo or google takes you to a street--Driveway, BUT not the address street. SO turn on Double Day go alway back you will run in to it. NOT GO IN THE DARK your first visit. property management says there signs. ???? Great house

A snowstorm basically had us confined to the cabin all weekend. Snow was so heavy we couldn’t use any of the yard or the patio unless we shoveled it. We shoveled for 4 hours one day so we could at least stand on the patio and park our car in a good spot. Two of our cars got stuck in the driveway due to ice. The snow plow they used didn’t arrive to the cabin until very late (around 4), causing half of our party to wait in town before driving to the house. The property was also out of ice melt, which just left us no chance of digging out. We just had to wait for the snow and ice to melt. The property manager was not available by phone, so communication was tough trying to get them to help us with weather issues. Email is not the best when you need immediate help. Just a clusterfuck, that isn’t the property managers fault entirely, but was made more stressful by the slow communication from them.

We absolutely LOVED this property! The process was easy, the house was spacious, and our kids enjoyed the play set. Only about 20 minutes from tourist spots. Only hassle was getting to the property. The house is tucked back past another property so we took a while figuring it out. Other than that, we had a great time! Will be going back and will recommend to others.

This cabin was outstanding!! Everything in the listing was exactly as stated. Check in was super easy and the place was extremely clean! If you are looking for a great place within a short drive to the Grand Canyon and other wonderful attractions in Arizona, this is the place for you!

Great place to get away and have some peace and quiet in a wooded setting. It is not near any stores, restaurants, etc., but that was unimportant to us. Within fairly easy driving distance are the Grand Canyon, fishing lakes, good hikes, and other outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 little boys for 2 nights. There cabin is very cozy, clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The cabin itself is very spacious and decorated so nice. I loved that there was a kid's room - they felt right at home. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The playground was great to have and the kids enjoyed exploring the backyard. We even saw cows grazing near the fence which is not something we see everyday. The cabin is between Flagstaff and Williams - not too close and not too far from "the city." Gina was a great host and provided an extensive list of activities. She was responsive to emails and texts. Overall it was a great stay and we plan to return someday.

The picture of this property makes it look cute- but it is really stunning! The kitchen was stocked with nice quality dishes and such. There were loads of extra towels and sheets. The games, dress up, and movies were a hit. We frequent rental properties- this one stands out for its location (remote, on the forest line, loads of space in the pines. easy drive with little unpaved driving) and service (Gina was so helpful and responsive!). I hate to stay in the same place twice- but this one is worth it! Thanks, Gina!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Gina was so great to work with, always really reaponsive. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. Playground was great for the kids and the property backs up to the national forest which is cool. Also, the location is amazing. Being in between Flagstaff and Williams makes it really easy to get to either one quickly, there are a ton of lakes within 30 mins drive as well as some great hikes right down the road. I would highly recommend this cabin and hope to stay here again.

Place was nice and secluded as we had wanted. Play set for the kids was nice as they enjoyed it very much. Only thing I would say is I have allergies and I can tell there have been cats or dogs in the house because my allergies were very sensitive anytime I was inside the cabin.

The property has a perfect location. We stayed there for the weekend and where pleased on how close it was yet secluded. Very close to williams. About 10-15 min away from bearizona and the polar express. The property had everything you need. It even had sleds and snowball makers. Kitchen was fully stocked. It was really nice to just be able to arive and relax. We will definitely be renting this property agian.
