The home was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. The location was great for shopping, Old Town, restaurants etc. The pool wasn't heated but was still enjoyable.

Everything about the stay was Good. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities. Neighborhood was clean and quiet.

We had a great trip - there were 8 of us total. House was very clean. Backyard is 10/10. They have added a BBQ Grill to the backyard which was wonderful to use.

We came down with our adult children for Easter week. We had a great time! The house delivered as advertised! No complaints. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a grill and the security camera in backyard had us creeped out a bit we could be watched. Had a minor mixup in communication with check in. Would stay here again if it had a grill.

Stayed 4 nights with family and house was quite nice. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked kitchen and the beds were cozy…we enjoyed the the little extras like pool towels, patio flip flops, and extra sunscreen (though a few board games and cards would be a nice final touch). Highlight was the outdoor pool deck for our kids, and the master shower. Overall a great stay and I would recommend.

There’s so much that could be said, but bottom line is this: it wasn’t a great experience. The inside is nice and the master bathroom is lovely, which is great because the other bathroom never had hot water. The pool was nice, on the last day when it finally got to temperature. If you care about a manicured lawn, not your place. But honestly all of that could’ve been just fine if the management company handled these items with care and attention. It was truly difficult to work with this property management company.

Stayed here during the CFP (College Football Playoff) and was everything we needed. There were 6 of us staying there and we had more than enough space. Lots of activities to do around this location as well! The beds were very comfy

Location was very convenient to Kierland Common and everything Scottsdale. Pool was nice and clean. Few amenities were absent/missing. For example, BBQ Grill, missing TVs, landscaping was a bit behind in maintenance. All in all, enjoyed it. A solid “4 plus” rating. Would stay here again.

My husband, two teenaged sons and I travelled to Scottsdale to attend our niece's/cousin's wedding. We chose this property because it was close proximity to the weekend wedding events. The house was wonderful. We each had our own bedrooms and they were all well appointed. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and relax during the weekend. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We have travelled all over the world and use VRBO when we travel. We believe this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Highly recommend and I would stay again at the property when returning to Scottsdale.
