Extensively remodeled one-bedroom condo on the second floor is ready for vacation memories. Upgrades include new kitchen cabinets, the bathroom cabinets and granite counters. The backsplash in the kitchen is gorgeous!! The well-stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker so bring your favorite K-cups. The new tiles look like hardwood floors and are throughout except for the carpet in the bedroom. The ceramic bath includes a shower and bathtub with a securely attached grab bar for safety. The balcony is quiet and private and provides a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The counter height table, benches and all other furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. Bring a good book! After finding a manufacturer defect in the mattress, the master bedroom now has a new and luxurious King-size mattress. Hope you will be comfortable. Large flatscreen TVs in living room and master bedroom include digital cable and the SEC channel. And the comfy recliners in the living room will add to the television enjoyment. Local owner will closely watch and maintain the unit hoping you'll come again and again!! Location was perfect, easy process

Property appeared much newer in advertised photos but that’s most beach condos. Recliner was broken and doesn’t recline and kitchen table is slanted on the ends. The cleanliness of the unit was average at best. It worked for a short trip since we were not in the condo much.
