The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, and upgraded us to a better room without us asking. The buffet breakfast was great and so was the spa. We were in Sines for the World Music Festival and the hotel is a short walk to the castle where the concerts were held. The outdoor seating area was very peaceful with all the plants and the view of the ocean.
I can't recall anything I didn't like.

Staff professional, breakfast good, roof top bar nice
Rooms were small, a lot of views of half finished buildings, disappointed as a guest we couldn't be accommodated in the resturant for an evening meal
