Clean spacious room with nice large balcony.
Staff was a little apathetic and seems a little inexperienced in world of hospitality.
One request was not met without reason.
The lock in room refused to work on first night and had to change room but they were gracious about it.

Buffet breakfast. 6:30--9:30 am. Assortment of thai dishes, including soup, mixed vegetables. Also eggs, ham, sausage, rice--plain and with vegetables and meat, toast with butter and jam, salad mixings, fruits, orange juice, coffee from a machine. Snacks, water, cola available by the front desk. Friendly, efficient staff. Fairly convenient to center of town. Value for money. 7-11 close to the hotel. Very clean hotel.
No restaurant food on site after breakfast or in the evening. Only one television channel. No soap dish in bathroom. Shower head could be bigger. No safe in the room. No slippers in room. Thin walls, could be better soundproofed. These are minor points.
