We loved everything about this place. It is absolutely as advertised and in the pictures. The views are incredible and the wildlife and birds you can see on the wetlands from the balconies is an extra treat. The staff are super friendly and laid back. They will arrange a tuk tuk for you to get to the ferry across to the East Bank. Takes about 10-15 min as roads are dirt track. We loved the pool too, the 2 bed apartment was huge and had 3 balconies. The bed was comfy and the shower hot. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. It felt like we were in real Egypt on this side of the Nile and this location. The tuk tuk journey to the accommodation you see local life, families animals and banana plantations, stables etc. You get to see the sunrise from your balcony too.
Nothing. However, be warned the location is 10-15min tuk tuk from ferry which can be annoying for some. We loved it and wanted our kids to experience what you see on the way. Do your research.

The are very friendly, and kind
there were ants inside the room, and we were forced to wait 1 h and 10 minutes for our lunch

Nice place, nice people, very gentil, excellent view,
the shower was broken, the door of the shower was broken too, there was not knife in the apartment, the worst was the blackouts, they don't work , i have to put another think to block the light of the sun

Swimming pool, helpful staff, fridge, large beds, AC in the bedrooms (but not in the living room), free laundry
No AC in the living room (only in the bedrooms), location is far from everything (main touristic areas, restaurants, shops), ants in the bathroom, room was not tidy
