The Lodge Jamberoo

The entire lodge was great

The natural surroundings, gardens, pool, facility games, the creek flowing around the property and restaurant ticked a lot of boxes for us as a family. It was perfect for a mini holiday. It is in a great location as the Jamberoo Slide park and National parks are only a short drive away.

No breakfast (only coffee) during the time we were there, but we just ordered a take away pizza the night before from the restaurant - because they communicated this clearly the night before.

The staff were great and enjoyed the heated pool.

The state of the tennis court and basketball ring. Also the pool table needed work. Would have been great if those facilities were fixed. No big deal as we enjoyed the pool.

The location was good

The property lacks maintenance. No clear indication of the closing time of the restaurant. The restaurant menu lacks stock or the staff doesn't want to prepare food by the end of the day (when trying to order at 8pm). The rooms lack maintenance. Bathrooms water tap needs maintenance. The pool lacks cleaning The hot tub needs a good clean. Pool table almost end of life. The amount being charged per day doesnt match the service received/quality of the lodge.
