Buenisima Ubicacion, cercano a todo, parque brasil, comidas, restaurantes, tranquilo, habia confort en los baños y articulos de limpieza

La limpieza que se cobró inicialmente no fue buena, encontre bichos muertos, caja usada de crema en el closet, rincones con polvo y pelos, confort usados en mueble. el tapon de la ducha no habia ninguno, las llaves de la ducha en mal estado, sillas en mal estado la del balcon, tuve que demorarme 1 hora en realizar la limpieza cuando llegue y cuando le avise a persona que me arrendo me ofrecio devolverme la plata y que yo me retirara y no tenia tiempo para buscar otro lugar. pero pienso que es algo que ella puede mejorar o que pasa. todo lo demas super bien el lugar, tranquilo. me hubiese gustado que alguien me recibiera y ver todos los detalles tanto en la entrada como en la salida del lugar para realizar alguna retroalimentacion de ambas partes

Pésimo servicio de la Anfitriona

No sé respeta el precio acordado por Booking, te cobran adicional, te pide que pagues el aseo y la comisión de Booking aparte, si no estás deacuerdo te pide que canceles tu reserva en la página de Booking y lo hagas directamente con ella para que te haga un descuento pero finalmente siempre te cobra más en mi caso alrededor de 50mil pesos adicionales, nuestro viaje era por deporte para ir a competir y los vecinos hicieron fiesta viernes y sábado hasta las 5 de la madrugada con música gritos y cantos que no nos dejaron descansar, a nuestra salida nos quisieron cobrar el arreglo de una Tv que no ocupamos, y ahora puso en Bookin que no nos presentamos y que acepte eso en la pagina... resumen pésimo servicio

La ubicación, si bien el depto estaba bien, no estaba bien aseada la cocina

La anfitriona: sin paciencia, con trato soberbio. Si bien el depto se abandona a las 12:00, salí a las 11:00 a dejar el auto y me acusó de ladrona, queriendo poner una acusación en la comisaría de carabineros. Hay que tener cuidado con ella.
