Nice quiet area not too far a walk from the waterfront.
On a windy day the door can be a tiny bit creaky. Not a problem for my partner who is a medium heavy sleeper, a little problem for me as a really light sleeper. White noise masked the sound.

Location and size
The shower did not work properly it was really difficult to get the shower to maintain any hot water Greg.
