Nice quiet area not too far a walk from the waterfront.
On a windy day the door can be a tiny bit creaky. Not a problem for my partner who is a medium heavy sleeper, a little problem for me as a really light sleeper. White noise masked the sound.

The location- it had lovely views a d was close to the River Clyde and tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was nice to have kitchen facilities. Excellent powerful shower which was lovely after a days training. The bed was comfortable and area to eat was nice.
Unfortunately I’ve had a knee operation so I found the stairs quite tiring but Thats not a fault of the property. There is no coffee machine as listed and the vacuum cleaner needs a longer handle to be more effective. It was a good price to pay too.

Nice quiet location 5 minutes from seafront.
Close to public transport.
Flat was well equipped with everything needed.
The stairs up to top floor flat lol.

It was clean and warm and provided what I needed for a working trip.
Advertised with parking but did not say this was road side only. I travel with a lot of expensive tools in my van and my contents insurance does not cover overnight roadside parking. The fridge door doesn't close properly so cannot get cold enough. No curtains in centre of large sitting room window, makes occupant feel like a "goldfish" in bowl!
Kettle broken, needs to be pressed down on base and held all the time it is heating up. If not, cuts off with water barely warm. Bathroom sink is blocked and had to brush teeth and wash in kitchen sink. Location looks very run down with stark concrete steps to the flat, all sorts of scaffolding bracing internal walls and outside appearance is terrible.
The second day there, electric people started work on property and cut power to all flats. No warning at all from flat owner. The workers said a warning had been issued to all owners.
