was really good value for money! The place was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. Our queries were answer really promptly. Generous space, and we especially loved the waffle treat left for us!
If I was being picky, it was a little further away from bus terminal (20mins walk with the luggage) and the shuttle bus schedule offered didn’t work for us sadly. But it wasn’t a real issue as such.

Very clean, easy access, walking distance from the bus terminal of shirakawago. Would be nice to have more frequent bus to the terminal for morning and afternoon schedules for senior citizen
Shower area is a bit small for my preference but it is very clean

Modern fairly new building. Easy self check in
The construction is not very soundproof, so it could be noisy if neighbours are not considerate.

Nice room
Far from downtown, no public bath nor bathtub in the room, no food options anywhere near, only shuttle bus 1h before check out time
