As a Sri Lankan living in the UK, I can confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. I highly recommend Sycamore Residences to both Sri Lankans and travellers from around the world. The property is exceptionally clean, safe, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
A special thank you to Mr. Ravi at reception, whose outstanding hospitality made all the difference. He goes above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcome, giving you the feeling of being at home rather than in accommodation.

I liked my stay at Sycamore Residence. The room was very neat and clean, and ticked all the right boxes. It was nice to be out of the city center, and I really enjoyed the train ride down the shoreline

К персоналу нет ни каких замечаний. Встретили свежим соком, очень вкусно. Местоположение, примерно, 60 км от аэропорта Коломбо. На такси собрали все пробки. Приехали усталые. Из плюсов, с крыши 3 этажа виден океан. Вид красивый. Рядом есть магазины, где можно приобрести что то поесть. Местоположение удобное, если добираться по железной дороге. 3 минуты пешком станция.
Не понравилось. 1. Очень слабый интернет. Постоянно отваливался. 2. Питание - с этим в отеле трудно и очень средне. 3. Есть кухня, можно и самим готовить, большая и вроде как удобная, но абсолютно нет посуды. Пустые шкафы. Понятно, что когда гости приезжают на 4-7 дней тарелки/сковородку и тд, никто покупать не будет. Пожелания к хозяевам отеля, заполнить немного кухню посудой, маслом, печеньками, чем-нибудь простым, но очень необходимым. 4. В ванной было два полотенца на двоих. Как правило, все таки в отелях есть большие полотенца и полотенца для лица. Женщинам очень сложно обходиться одним полотенцем, тем более, когда длинные волосы.

Location is good
The early come policy we doesnt like, as the owner wants us to reach back room before 10 o clock which we have never experienced from any previous hotel stays.
