الشقق جميله وواسعه و حديثه ..موقعها ممتاز و قريب منه سوبرماركت و صوت الشلال يمكنك سماعه من الشقه .. يوجد فيه مواقف للسيارات داخل وخارج المبنى .. الموظفين متعاونين .. تم اخذ غرفتين و صاله و المطبخ فيه جميع الاحتياجات .. الاسره مريحه و الغرف واسعه .. يوجد نادي صحي في المبنى ومنه سونا و كما يوجد ايضا غسالة ملابس في الفندق برسوم رمزية .. يستحق الزياره❤️❤️❤️

The hotel has its own parking spots right in front of it; the staff was more than welcoming - we went by car and the arrival time kept changing because of traffic, we didn't know if we would make it before 8pm and they had kindly arranged a locker box outside for us to pick up the keys!
The spa area is great! There's dry and wet saunas, a lounging area, tea and a red light thing I forgot how it's called :D It was great after a day of hiking, I imagine is amazing for when you ski/snowboard in the cold. It's true is from 4 to 8pm, but we didn't mind that.
Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, and while we did not cook, we could have. We did appreciate being able to prep breakfast, coffee and sandwiches for the hikes in the morning! and when I say room, I mean like a studio apartment with a kitchen, lounge area and bedroom + a nice terrace.
The cleaning service came twice in 4 days, and did not pick up garbage - but I think that might be part of the house rules cause there's a door marked as access to bins and we used that to drop our sorted garbage before we left :)
There's a few restaurants within walking distance, and buses that can take you to the further ones, if you want to be able to enjoy a drink!

This could have been a 10/10 place except for the one major flaw (no AC). It was a very clean, modern apartment with 2 good bathrooms and bedrooms, indoor parking and an outdoor deck with seating area. It is within a complex that is marketed as a 'luxury' spa-type retreat.
There was no AC and we visited in late August. The unit had smart thermostats that showed the indoor temperature of the unit was 25-26 degrees Celsius - how do they consider this reasonable or healthy? When we were checking in, another guest was complaining about the heat in their unit, and the host said they would provide them a portable AC unit. We would have asked for the same once we checked in and saw our unit had the same issue, but the host at the front desk was gone and there was no clear way of contacting them. We could not open the windows/doors either - we were on a ground floor unit so when we did open the doors to the deck, all sort of flies, moths, mosquitoes and insects came in. No screens on doors to allow air to come in and bugs to stay out. No electric fans in the rooms. Our group of 5 adults did not sleep much that night because of the heat. Worst point is the administration knew this was a problem in the building and did nothing in advance to help with the heat.
