The high value of the hotel is the location which allows you to quickly reach the main attractions in London quickly by foot or with public transports. The room was very clean.
We booked a room for 4 people and it was way too small to the point that the 4 of us could not stay all standing in the room at the same time. Of course we were not expecting a suite considering the price of the room and its location in the city center of London, however I still feel like the room was way too small for 4 people.

The staff were polite and friendly and the location was good and easy to find. Wifi was very good too. I had a windowless room (which I knew) and the aircon was working and strong, but dripped water on the floor all night.
The room is very small and although was 'surface level clean' the shower had thick black mould in each corner and the veneer on the wood was coming away in many places. The bed was absolutely awful - at first I didn't think there was a mattress at all, but its just very thin. I typically like a firm bed, but I've slept on more comfortable floors
