Location
Keys for both balcony windows were not provided and could not be opened despite contacting the property services at check in. It took until the following afternoon to get someone to open them for us. Issue is that they are advertised and offer a second escape in terms of fire safety. Let’s see still not provided but the housekeeper opened them. The mattress was very springy and uncomfortable and the kitchen equipment super basic. No cafe tire or any trays for the oven provided.
