Breakfast Was Very good. But Overall very very good place. Sufficient toileteries provided. Staff is very courteous. But reception should have provided invoice after payment. Need the invoice. If they can get in touch with me for it will be nice or send it to my phone.
The bathrooms need maintenance. No hangers or points to hang clothes/Towel in the Bathroom. Commode lid was very very loose. Old Bedcovers with holes should be removed.

Mr. Lalit Negi, the Front Office Manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm approach made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Truly a gentleman who goes above and beyond for guests.
While the service was excellent, I was not fully satisfied with the room size and the overall location. These aspects could have been better.
