The location is close to the station, but rooms are nice and quiet. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good as is the general ambience. TV works fine. Location is central which makes it easy to access all types of public transport and to get to various points of interest.
TV should have been in the sitting area and not facing the bed. Eating in is difficult if you want to watch tv and you have to sit on the bed. Room needs some vibrant painting or plants. Hand shower is as useless as the hair drier. Force of water in the shower was poor and the hand spray beside the toilet was constantly leaking. When asked to be fixed, the attendant said ye aisa hi hai.
