Absolutely everything. The hotel is spotless clean, ultra modern with top class facilities. The staff were amazing and friendly. The breakfast her will cover everyone's tastes. Location is excellent with everything around round. We will definitely be coming back her again. Thank Jono x.

We had a couple of hiccups when we arrived ( aircon) & smell these were both attended to .
Break fast was fair , not a happy chef , no bacon & thought they mainly catered for foreigners ,, the girls at breakfast were lovely .
I also noticed we were never greeted by staff at the main desk should we go past , mainly on their phones , but I guess this is the new generation.

Location
Poor cleaning, the hotel needs renovation (old furniture, mould and rust on the bathroom fixtures), the room was not ready for our arrival, high noise levels, the air conditioner smelled musty.
Breakfasts are sparse and not tasty.
