The whole place is majestic full of filipino traditions!
Each corner is picturesque, all the staff are kind,helpful, and attentive. Food was nice but a bit expensive. I love the way theres a taho and ice cream vendor inside the property this made my stay even better! I love taho!!
Maintenance of the whole place/rooms need a bit of attention. But other than that it was a great stay in Las Casas

An amazing place to stay for the historical buildings which are becoming more scarce in the Philippines, they’ve done a great job sourcing all the buildings and transporting them to the site. The walking tour explaining the history of them was great. The food options were great (although the breakfast could have been better). The canal was great and the beach with the beach bar was a great way to spend the afternoon/night. Other activities such as the kalesa ride, Jeepneys and golf cart hire was also fantastic, particularly for our kids. The pool was in a great spot, with plenty of shade, again, good for the kids. Nighttime entertainment which included cultural dancing and then live music at each restaurant was also lovely.
Due to the age of the buildings (and the corresponding architectural time period), there are very few windows, only doors and shutters (some windows use shells which let in some light, but generally there are no windows to see out through), so you felt a bit ‘boxed in’ in the room with the doors shut all the time. The breakfast options were very Filipino, which is fine but they could include some more Western options? Housekeeping for the rooms was lacking. They didn’t come and make beds or change towels unless they were asked to, and considering the cost of the accommodation I thought that was poor form. Most activities are not free, so there is a fee for everything (except the Jeepney rides and tram ride - everything else had a fee). The lack of room service was a bit annoying as the restaurants didn’t open until 6pm for dinner, so this was a bit inconvenient for kids. Lastly the Viber system for contacting hotel reception was a bit annoying and the responsiveness of the hotel to enquiries or even answering the phone was very poor (I had questions before booking which I wanted to ask over the phone, but both phone numbers either didn’t work or had no answer. Similarly with email, they took forever to respond to my emails).
Generally I feel like it’s definitely worth staying, as it’s such a unique and amazing place, but they definitely have room for improvement.

the staff and the views
transportation around the property was extremely difficult and stressful, there were no activities available apart from the heritage tour.

The walking tour was the best part of our experience . The tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history of the different “Casas”/ houses and she took the time to answer our questions.
The cultural show was also very entertaining.
The rooms we requested were not ready when we got there . It was almost 3pm but we were told to wait since they needed to clean it . Place was not very clean
