The hotel has ramps and accessible rooms. Staff assisted with luggage and ensured ground floor room was ready. Bathroom had support bars installed.

Value for money for the price I paid. Location wise, very convenient. 5min to everywhere I want to go in Taiping. Basic facilities are there....Got lift access.
WIFI not working.. Tried a few times, no Internet access. I could only watched the TV on the 2nd day. 1st Day, the TV was "NO SERVICE", the wire was disconnected from the modem...
