Ich mochte das die Anlage in einem Ruhigen Teil der Straße lag. Das die Anlage selbst auch in einem Guten Zustand war.
Da Fällt mir nichts dazu ein.

I stayed there several times for about a month at a time. The one bedroom is nicer than the bachelor or studio. It is a quiet location with friendly neighbours in the building. It is clean and the building maybe a decade or so in age is my guess. The owner is response and engaging.
The gym is ok has a good treadmill and basic dumbbell assortment weights, a resistance workout machine and a bike. The pool is nice but irritated my eyes a little.
I don’t blame this on the owner, it is the system propped up in Thailand. I was slow learning about the dual system in Thailand in tourist places (Pattaya and Phuket as examples) the tourist prices on some apps are 50-200 percent higher than the “going” regular residents are paying. When you are paying 2-3 times more than others for a smaller unit in same building can’t help but to leave a foul aftertaste. I don’t know exact valuations but know enough that this is true.
It is convenient no lease, no security deposit and book online so many don’t mind paying a premium. But a premium is not 100-200 percent more compared to others in a private lease.
You will pay a little more for shorter term and if you have convenience without care about spending prudence then it’s a good choice.
