Lack of tissues and some basic amenities in the room

All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful, couldn’t do anymore for us. The hotel has great entertainment and is beautifully built and clean. The food was also very nice and nothing like normal all inclusive hotels. I will definitely be coming back

Overall it was ok, 6/10. But there are definitely many issues and we wont be coming back, I think to Egypt overall. For this price(or pay little more) you can even go to Dubai, and have same sun. Issues: - Our manager was begging for good reviews. Seriously??? When we scanned QR code at Posh Club when we were leaving, he didnt let me rate it 6 or 7. Only 10. Also he came once when we were sunbathing and asked to go in Tripadvisor and give maximum ratings and ADD HIS NAME in a review. He made it sound like this review is mandatory. Very annoying and unprofessional. - Also after this review begging, I realized that there are many "fake" reviews on Booking.com, when we were choosing resort, I saw many these type of reviews like "specially thanks to Mustafa...". I felt a bit robbed after realizing this fact. - Air Conditioning is blowing Air with an extra smell. We didnt even use it, we used open balcony doors in night and it was ok in February, but in warm months it would be HUGE issue. - Room condition is a bit overused. As example, there is white cardboard under furniture just for it to stay stable. Gives unprofessional look. - Electricity shutdowns and 10min WiFi resets. - Some other minor stuff happened during our stay that I will not mention, because mistakes happen, its ok.
