What a beautiful place, with the most wonderful welcoming atmosphere, with welcome treats, prosecco and beautifully clean, .. totally outstanding

Hot tub was ready to use as was the fire ( unfortunately weather was wet! ) an awning over hot tub would have enabled us to use first night.

No instructions to use cooker . No bowl in kitchen sink, as plug in sink didn’t work to wash up.

Great location for Falkirk wheel and the Kelpies. Lovely basket of groceries and bubbly in ice to welcome us and candles had been lit.

Poor maintenance of the fixtures and fittings, stuck on wipeable covers on the kitchen cupboards. Wires showed on timer behind microwave and hole visible from old socket near on fireplace. Hot tub was tired missing headrests just broken white plastic attachments showing. Quiet except for regular passing trains.
