Cozy and sweet appartment divided on two floors with a little balcony. Also equipped with a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
The whole family is very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had.
Irakli also offers guided tours around Borjomi (e.g. to Vardzia) and has a very good knowledge of the area which he gladly shares in English.
If you are staying in Borjomi I would definetly recommend this place.

The host was super friendly and gave us washing powder to wash our clothes. The location is like small flat with two levels which we liked a lot.
The bathroom was a little smelly and the shower was directly in the bathroom and not separated so that the entire bathroom was wet after showering.
