Enjoyed our stay but for the smell. Something sprayed? Reception was unable to tell us.

Location and outlook was lovely

The horrendous smell in the car park that permeated through the building.

Location, location

The Location was fabulous and the size of the apartment was generous. The balcony was large with plenty of space to move around. Well equipped kitchen with a large fridge. Restaurants close by and parking for 2 cars underground.

The Single Beds were uncomfortable and if you are tall you cannot stretch out without hitting the end of the bed. The sofa is comfortable but cracked on the seats, the outdoor furniture chairs are starting to fall apart and look ratty.

Best accommodation to showcase all Mandurah has to offer!!

The location was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable and more than I expected. The view from the balcony made the whole trip that much better! Loved being so close to all amenities. Great location.

I would have liked to have had wifi. If there was an option for Paid wifi, I didn't know about it. I was there on a work trip, wifi would have made it that much easier.

Lovely holiday apartment

My third time staying at 1303. It's private, secure, quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, watching the sun rise and set over the marina is particularly lovely. There's great onsite facilities if you choose to use them and the permanent residents are lovely. I will certainly be choosing to stay at 1303 again.

The living dining area needs blinds or curtains on the sliding doors/windows. I love how much light the windows bring in and being able to look at the amazing view whether you're in the kitchen or sitting on the couch however because it's so bright it makes seeing the TV screen very difficult during the day as the light reflected off the screen. Other than that I will certainly be staying again.

I loved the location the view parking security other than a couple of small things it was perfect

the beds were not comfortable and the showers were great but a bigger shower rose so two could shower at the same time would be much better.

Great location, walking distance to good restaurants, wonderful views, very quiet, top quality.

Lovely spacious apartment, and pricing when we booked in August similar to the hotel next door where you only get one small bedroom. Plus as the apartment is on a higher level, the views are far more extensive to the hills and a long way up the estuary, great night lights views also. Large balcony. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet as the majority of the building seems to be owners, not short term tenancy. There are quality fixtures throughout and Miele appliances in the kitchen, so you can tell this was built with quality in mind. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Communal outdoor spa water temperature wasn't hot or we would have gone for a dip even though the weather was wintry! The website said there was a bbq but there was only a gas connection on the balcony but no bbq. This didn't really bother us as we ate in town but for others it may be an annoyance. If we'd stayed longer we would have enjoyed a bbq.

Amazing views, great apartment for families.

Great Views, location and overall fantastic property.

The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable and would highly suggest a new mattress is needed.

very pleasant and won’t hesitate to stay again and have recommended the stay to many

have stayed 3 times before and love the place

There needs to be carpets cleaned specially I. the lounge also the knives for chopping very blunt and the drains in bathroom need attention they bubbled up thru the floor these are suggestions not complaints and not intended to offend in any way

The apartment is in a very desirable place and has lovely views of the foreshore.

It really needs renovating. Carpets are stained and threadbare. Walls in need of painting. Also no wifi - its a must with the price you charge. Premium charges need premium amenities.

When we first arrived in the underground car park we couldn't find the Bridgerpoint sign which marked the entrance to apartments. We had to ask someone who had also arrived and they couldn't locate it either. Eventually found someone who knew where it was. The sign was difficult to find as it is obscured by storage area.

We loved our stay! Beautiful spacious apartment with a perfect water view and close to everything.

None of the bedrooms had dressing mirrors in them. Also could really do with shelves in the wardrobes to put your clothes on

The view was breathtaking. The apartment was open and clean and had Everythng you need

Perfect location. Good for watching the world go by (and the dolphins!)

Top location with an awesome view. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice quiet pool. Air con in the room was nice and cold

Beds were low and hard. Ensuite had a plain glass window so showering or going to the toilet was a show for anybody who was already in bed. The rooms were brightly lit by 4am. Would have liked some basics supplied in the kitchen for the price we paid (salt/pepper etc)

Enjoyed our time, wonderful location, enjoyed the pool with our grandkids.

We are in our 70s and found the main bed to be very low. Would have thought most places these days had wifi even if it was limited.

Well worth staying at loved the modern look

Location views were excellent. Huge bath beautiful to relax in

.the mattress was a poor choice seemed like a basic mattress not what I was expecting for luxury apartments. No windows coverings in lounge which with the east facing windows got rather warm despite the low temperatures would not want to be sitting there in summer

Weekend retreat

Spacious, light, bright and airy apartment with lovely views of the Marina and inland towards Pinjarra etc. It was very quiet and peaceful and felt very private, secure undercover parking and access only via fob keys helped me to feel extra secure. A large balcony with access from both bedrooms and living area increased the already decent living space. Beautiful deep bathtub in the ensuite. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Will definitely stay again.
