The location was close for the purpose of our travel. It also offered good facilities
The only fault was that we didn't receive an email prior to our arrival for the information regarding access therefore we had to contact the host direct to gain access. The host (Jamie) was fantastic with his help

Equipped with what we needed.
We were in Numbat block unit 16
Unit 15 next door was loud.
They often engaged in loud conversations early in the morning (5 am)
They regularly smoked next to the thank you for not smoking sign.
Unit 11 downstairs was always playing some new age music very loudly. It came up into our unit. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to watch shows in the evening and wear ear plugs at night to sleep.
There is no onsite management.
If it hadn't been noisy it would have been good.
