Tolle Lage mit Ski-in ski-out. Nebenan ein tolles Restaurant. Ed, der Besitzer ist super nett und hilfreich. Das Apartment hat alles, was man brauch.

Warm & cosy studio. Great Mountain View from window & balcony. Close to ski slopes. Ski in & out if there’s enough snow which we did have. Host is incredibly helpful & responsive. Peaceful location away from the loud music & bars of New Gudauri. Lovely traditional restaurant right beside the apartment block.
A frying pan & coffee maker or mocha pot would have been useful. Nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk away through snow but ok once you figure it out.

great communication from owner .. very comfortable space , small but well stocked kitchen , beds are bunk beds but very comfortable .. 2 great restaurants in the complex ... nice view of mountains from the window .
didn’t see a hair dryer .. I might have missed this but maybe check with owner before hand if that matters to you
