The photos accurately reflect the accommodation. The location is perfect, very close to the ski lifts, and the mountain view is phenomenal. Inside, you hardly notice the music in the evenings, as parties take place on the other side of the apartment complex. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. The stove, refrigerator, shower, and washing machine all worked properly. The apartment is on the ground floor, near the main entrance. Parking is available in the basement garage for a small fee. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak adequate English. Ski rental, restaurants, and shops are adjacent to the apartment.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Two details that could be improved are the main light switch, which is practically inaccessible behind the refrigerator, and the sofa bed (This particular bed works fine for smaller children but is uncomfortable for taller adults).

Расположение одно из самых шикарных в Новом Гудаури. До подъемника 5 мин, можно в полной экипировке. Уютный, теплый, удобный номер. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Вход в ресторан в этом же здании в соседней двери. Есть помещения для хранения снаряжения. Шикарный вид на горы из окна в пол. Все очень понравилось. Большое спасибо хозяйке!
Немного неудобный диван и сложно включить свет в комнате, который находится за холодильником.

You don't see the staff at all but they're very responsive by messenger. The room is big enough for 2 people but for 4 people probably would be small. Mountain view is exceptional. Room is really warm and also has a heater where you can dry your clothes after skiing. Ski rental and ski depot is 1 min walking so you don't have to bring your equipment into the room.
One night we were woken up by a mouse on the kitchen table, but the owner immediately sent someone to fix the problem and we didn't see it again (although we did hear some noises from behind the fridge). We had a problem with a leaky pipe in the bathroom the other day, but it was also resolved lightning fast. The host assured us that this is the first time guests have had such problems and that he will fix them after our departure.
