We had a fantastic stay here. The house was beautiful and had everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully furnished and Gemma was the perfect host. She has gone out of her way to make Kinnoull House perfect for visitors, including little touches throughout the house such as high quality toiletries, tea and coffee and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. We loved the hot tub, sauna, freestanding bath in the bedroom and private garden too. We found the information book really helpful and enjoyed some local walks highlighted as well as visiting further afield. We cannot wait to return soon.

The whole house was perfect for my family and dog.
Everything was clean and lots of little things like cake, coffee pods, dog treats, dog towels, whiskey to add that extra touch of comfort.
The hot tub was great and the hosts do a great job getting it ready.

Superb location and facilities wonderful touches with welcome hamper and keeping the hot tub warm Gemma and steave were fantastic hosts keeping in touch right the way from making the booking and throughout our stay making sure all was OK will definitely be going back
