The room was spacious and cozy. The staff spoke English, which was very helpful for proper communication.
Breakfast was varied and included many options such as fruit, vegetables, bread, and more. The laundry service worked well, and the prices were reasonable.
The towels were clean and new, which added to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is located in a town that may initially feel unsafe, but in reality, it is not. I selected the best accommodation option, the Luxury Room. However, the bathroom was not cleaned daily — they only changed the towels and made the bed. There was no general cleaning, such as mopping the floors or properly cleaning the bathroom.
Breakfast was served quite late, which is inconvenient, especially in Samarkand where tourists usually need to start their visits early in the morning.

I couldn't imagine a better hotel to stay in, from the warmth and helpfulness of every single staff member across the front desk and breakfast room team, to its style and facilties. There was a calm feel to the hotel and felt like I was coming home each time.
The room I had was excellent in size and as pleasant as any I have stayed in. The small details, such as quality fixtures, perfectly clean kettle and quality decor all revealed themselves. Taking a shower was genuinely easy as it was so spacious and easy to operate. I also used the ironing service, which was affordable, quick and very professionally ironed! I don't usually use services like this due to cost or slow turnaround times, but that was not an issue here.
The location was peaceful, but about a 10-15 minute walk to the Registan, and 5-7 mins to the Amir Temur Mausoleum. There is park but at all times of day and night I noticed I was never 50m from multiple parties of other people and so felt very safe and with taxis being very affordable, there is a main road 100-150m from the front of the hotel and a smaller road that gets right up to it.
I really hope I can stay here again and I heartily recommend this room type to those it might suit. Thanks again to the hotel and its staff for making it so easy to enjoy the stay.

The location is great and breakfast is better.
The room was damp and had a musty smell, and the free bottled water provided had a musty smell of corruption.
