De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch. Ik ben zelden op zo'n mooie plek geweest. Ria kan geweldig koken. We denken met weemoed terug aan het heerlijke eten dat zij gekookt heeft en wij gegeten hebben terwijl we genoten van het prachtige uitzicht. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad, dat we eigenlijk altijd voor onszelf hadden.
Het geluid van de moskee is wat luid en begint erg vroeg. Maar dit is eigenlijk overal waar we op Sumatra geweest zijn het geval.

La vue sur l'océan indien est exceptionnelle. Tous les extérieurs sont très soignés, très beaux et la piscine est très agréable. La chambre que nous avions était au calme et très agréable : grande, des WC séparés, un joli balcon.
Le personnel est très agréable et fait le maximum pour apporter satisfaction.
Les repas : le choix est assez limité et il faut prévoir le repas la veille. Et même si la cuisinière fait son maximum pour la préparation des repas, nous avons trouvé la nourriture plutôt moyenne.

the scenery is breathtaking, and given that the place is quite remote that sort of goes hand in hand. the staff Ria and the rest are really helpful, helping us carrying the luggage down the steep stairs to the bungalow. The owner Rick and Jane were there too, assuring us of any assistance will be provided for my father who has difficulty walking down to the bungalow.
the bungalow gets a bit warm during noon and before night really falls as there is no AC. the pool do not have steps to get into so I think its a bit challenging for kids to get in and out of pool. The meal is only OK to taste. Ordered fried rice for dinner and I think the price is quite steep (compared to meals outside). Not recommended for people with walking difficulty and babies in stroller as the place is on a hill - but as I mentioned below - the scenery is great.
