Loverly location and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I like the way the continental breakfast was set out as on the first day of my stay I had a very early start and could still get breakfast. Without doubt I will be looking to stay here again whenever I’m in this area.

The friendly welcome and tour of the b&b and explanation of the layout, local knowledge of pubs and restaurants, and the good location.
The toilet and wash basin in the same room with just a screen across, then the leak under the sink with a bowl to catch the water,dripping and overflowed with water all over the floor
