Warm, inviting and everyone was kind and friendly
Being woken up at 630am as there was a lot of noise outside my room (inside noise not outside)

It's cheap accommodation for someone to get their head down after a night out.
The staff are very nice & a nice pint of Guinness in the bar for £4,20
The beds are old & need replacing.

Exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, room did the job as we only stayed a night. We stayed a Saturday night and couldn't hear any noise from the pub
The bathroom light is sensored. This wouldn't be an issue except the sensor pointed away from the bathroom. So to shower, my husband had to stand at the door flailing his arms around so the light and fan would stay on for me. The shower had good pressure, but I am 175cm and almost touched the shower roof 🫣

Although the actual area around the B&B was not nice, it was well connected and easy to travel to.
The staff were also kind and welcoming.
Given the budget price, I expected the property to be very basic. However, it felt very rundown and not particularly clean.
