The people at the reception and the chefs who prepare breakfast were very warm and took care of us. They were extrremely pleasant and the breakfast was way above our expectations.
The cleanliness of the room by the staff who were cleaning the room was not good. We gave the feedback to the recpetion couple of times and they assured us they have passed the same to the staff, however not much improvement was seen.

Good location and kitchen available.
Stayed an overnight on my way back home and the staff was coming in the morning banging on the door (even though they should know that I will be checking out that morning) several times. They even tried to unlock the door an hour later while I was still in the room. What kind of people are you guys having on the floor?
The bed was rockhard, I had to lay the down the duvet under me to soften it up.
