The place matched met our needs for the stay. Location was close to the Munich central train station.
The immediate neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times, mainly during the night, with people drinking, smoking, and loitering in the streets.

Very closed to the central station and other public transport, restaurants and bakery. The reception staff are friendly with long service hour. Good price quality ratio. No Ac but fan provided.
It is located on a street where there is a lot of night clubs so you will need to pay attention when you are back late. The facility is a bit old and used. It is ok if you are not too demanding about the cleanliness of the room or the comfort of the bed. Lift available but you still need to climb up a few steps before reaching it.

The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not nice.
We requested a crib in advance. It wasn’t prepared for the first night and the front desk wasn’t able to set us one.
For our second night, we had a travel crib but without mattress.. we ended up sleeping with the baby both nights

Location was convenient--close to the main train station. Front desk guy was friendly and helpful. Appreciated that our room for a family of four turned out to be two adjoining rooms.
Could have been a bit cleaner, the toilet seat did not fully cover the rim of the toilet, curtains did not fully close, did not like the soap and shampoo that was provided.
