The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean
I didn't like that it was not in downtown. I didn't like that it was attached to a rental home. The pictures don't show this. The parking was very limited. The people in the home attached were loud. We could literally hear someone on the other side of the wall. The kitchen isn't very cooking friendly. Warming stuff up maybe. Lots of space but not very much for clothes. Too many places to sit for 2 people. The space could be used better. The closets were filled with stuff. Fan, insect killer, a bunch of stuff. The shelves were used to store stuff on. Interestingly there is a little nook/ cut out where all of the storage stuff could be stored if you just build a little shelving and put a door on it. Cabinet all the way to the ceiling. This would clear up space in the actual closet where clothes go. You could get rid of one of the sofas and make room for a proper table. As for parking, it doesn't make sense that you have a raised gravel garden and some bushes where another car, motorcycle could go. Barely enough room for one car so that you can get the stuff out of your car. So I would move the raised gravel garden back towards the house, remove the bushes allowing for more parking. I know there isn't supposed to be a lot of people there. But if 2 drove there to meet each other one vehicle would have to be on the street. Not safe. I know this was thought up as a way to make extra money but if you think about the advantages there is very little to rent here. I don't know how you got all of the high reviews. Very good communication but the place is in my opinion more of a longterm rental space for probably a single person. Maybe a traveling nurse.
